Personal Summary

I am Shaun Ludlow, Founder of Ludlow Drum Tuition. I am a passionate freelance drummer, percussionist, and online/in person drum tutor. Originally from Essex where I gained my Trinity Rock and Pop grade 8 qualification, I then graduated ACM university in Guildford, Surrey with a 2:1 BA in Music Industry Practice (2019).

Since then I have been teaching drums at my home, on zoom and with several tuition companies (Farnham Music and Drama and Private Music Lessons Guildford), I now live and teach in Edinburgh.

I am in the process of creating an educational drum book/video package. I’m a competent sight reader and have a passion and proficient skill set for all varieties of music, further information can be found below and on my website Bio Section.

I am fully DBS checked and hold an NSPCC Safeguarding certificate.

In my spare time I enjoy writing music with friends, recording drum content for my Social media and YouTube channel, Comic reading and writing, playing bass guitar, recording podcasts, and of course the usual reading science fiction books, watching films and tv, playing video games and exploring nature!
